EUFCN participated as a partner in the fifth edition of Shooting Locations Marketplace, an innovative international event for the audiovisual sector that fosters quality meetings among key players from the industry, organized by the Feria de Valladolid and Spain Film Commission.

Venia Vergou, Manager of the EUFCN, moderated the roundtable Keys to Competitiveness in Global Productions on Thursday October 16, exploring significant aspects that have a direct impact on international productions and drive competitiveness. Speakers: Margarida Adonis (Ready to Shoot, Portugal), Anu Veermäe-Kaldra (MenuFilmid, Estonia), Alfonso López (Pedralonga Estudios, Spain), Ruth Aristondo (Film Basque Country).

EUFCN Members Zuzana Bielikova (Slovak Film Commission, EUFCN Board Member) and Roeland Oude Nijhuis (Netherlands Film Commission) took part in the panel discussion Hidden Treasures Around the World moderated by Kristine Guzmán (Castilla y León Film Commission), along with Bavi Yassin (Kurdistan Film Commission) and Dolores Montaño (IBEROFIC – Red Iberoamericana Film Commission).

On Wednesday October 15, Juan Manuel Guimeráns (Spain Film Commission President) participated in a conversation with Anna Saura, Producer from Atrece Creacions during the roundtable titled Bonds of Cooperation.
